Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days. If you want to change your order, we will send you the correct size or product free of charge. In these cases, please contact our customer service via our contact page.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.

Easy RETURN in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@claudiasjewels.com and our staff will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product back.

Step 2: Fill out the return form completely.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure to include the completed return form with the product. Ensure the package has a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipping and delivery costs.

Step 4: Once we receive the package in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 3 working days.
