Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ensure that the ordering and delivery process is as easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department.

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States.

After placing an order, we need 1 to 2 business days to process it, and delivery will be completed within 2 to 4 days. On weekdays, this means one business day, but for orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

We try to ship all orders received before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How to order
To order one of our products from Claudiajewerly, first add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page by clicking the green "Add to cart" button.

Make sure you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click the "Secure payment" button. On the information page, enter the correct address details. If entered correctly, you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can confirm the entered address details again. You will also see that all shipments are delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button.

You have different payment methods to choose from. At Claudiajewerly, all payment methods are SSL encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Customers from United States:

After selecting the appropriate payment method, click the "Proceed to checkout" button, and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your order. If you have any problems completing the order, you can contact us at any time.

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as quickly as possible! That’s why we almost always ship orders the same day. The average delivery time for an order is therefore 15 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. You can then track the progress of your order yourself on our "My Order" page.

Free delivery without risk
Your package will be sent with insurance and a tracking code. So you bear no risk when ordering on our website. Don’t worry about hidden fees or shipping costs, as all deliveries are completely free.

Returns
After delivery, you have at least 30 days to try out your scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without giving a reason. Please note that the product must be new. Return to sender
If the package is delivered to the home or left at the post office, Claudiajewerly has paid for the delivery of the package. If the package does not arrive or is not collected by the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender, and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the refund you receive.

Damaged or defective products
Unfortunately, it may happen that an order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you obviously cannot do anything in such a case. You should immediately contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ claudiasjewels.com Please take photos of the complaint and attach them to the email.

Without these photos, the product cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution. Our customer service team will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or does not collect the order within the specified time (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the seller) are not responsible for the refused delivery or uncollected package and cannot issue a refund.
